These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the Bingo 10 Free Tickets promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and the Bingo Jargon Buster. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

 PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. The Bingo Free Tickets promotion is available to claim for 72 hours from receiving the first communication (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are existing real money customers;
   2. have a verified Website account;
   3. are aged over 18 years; and
   4. have received an inbox message onsite and/or email/sms/push notification inviting them to take part in this Promotion.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION 

4. To qualify and be able to claim this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
   • access their Website account; and
   • accept the 10 Free Bingo Tickets through the pop-up presented on their Website account or the promotion page within 72 hours.
5. The 10 Free Bingo Tickets must be claimed during the Promotional Period otherwise they will be forfeited and not reissued.

FREE TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

7. Each Free Bingo Ticket gives an Eligible Player one entry into any Bingo Room (excluding Fluffy Favourites Bingo Room) where the ticket price of the bingo game is €0.01 - €0.10.
8. Free Bingo Tickets must be used within seven (7) days from the date and time they are credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If Free Bingo Tickets are not used within seven (7) days from the date and time they are credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account, they will expire and will not be re-issued.
9. Any winnings an Eligible Player accrues from Free Bingo Tickets will be credited automatically to their Website account only when they have used all the Free Bingo Tickets.
10. An Eligible Player may only use one set of Free Bingo Tickets at a time. If an Eligible Player claims another set of Free Bingo Tickets under any other promotion on the Website, they will need to use all Free Bingo Tickets of the active set of Free Bingo Tickets before they can use the next set.
11. Winnings that are accrued from the Free Bingo Tickets will be credited as real cash.
12. There are no wagering requirements for the winnings accrued from the Free Bingo Tickets.

IMPORTANT TERMS 

13. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
14. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect their ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
15. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Competition, and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation.
16. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ladbrokes.com promotion.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to any promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
18. The Promoter is aware that some links to the Promotion may be posted on other sites or through forums or the information that the potential player received may have been forwarded on to other persons who didn't receive the genuine promotion from them. If the Promoter determines, acting reasonably, that you did NOT receive this particular Promotion as an intended exclusive invited recipient, they will not honour this Promotion.
