PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this ‘Casino’ promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) each day from 17:00 to 03:00 (UK Time) (the “Promotional Hours”) from 01.10.2024 until 29.12.2024 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who: 
   1. have a verified Website account;   
   2. are over 18 years of age; and 
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. 

   (an “Eligible Player”). 

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:  
5. Join the eligible games below during the Promotional Hours of the Promotional Period; and
6. place a minimum total bet of €1 during the “Mega Mystery Bonus” round.

MEGA MYSTERY BONUS ROUND CONDITIONS 

8. This is a network promotion which is offered across various operators. Any cash prize pool available will be shared equally with winners from across all such operators.
9. On the Eligible Games, a “Mystery Bonus” round will be activated randomly 20 (Twenty) times during the Promotional Hours each day of the Promotional Period.
10. Eligible Players will be notified by a pop-up message on screen when a “Mystery Bonus” round has been activated.
11. When a “Mystery Bonus” round is activated, Eligible Players must place a bet on what they think will be the “Mystery Bonus” round winning number. The “Mystery Bonus” round winning number will be picked by an RNG (Random Number Generator) programme.
12. Eligible Players who have placed a bet on the “Mystery Bonus” round winning number will receive an equal share of the cash prize pool for that “Mystery Bonus” round.
13. If an Eligible Player wins a “Mystery Bonus” round, they will be notified by a pop-up message on screen.
14. Each “Mystery Bonus” round will have a $250 cash prize pool to be shared equally amongst all winners of that “Mystery Bonus” round. A total daily prize pool of $5,000 is available during the Promotional Period.
15. All prizes are credited as cash. 
16. There is no limit on the number of times an Eligible Player can win a share of the “Mystery Bonus” rounds during the Promotional Period.
17. RNG numbers will be generated by a licensed RNG system and the winning “Mystery Bonus” number will be revealed on the screen.
18. The RNG generated winning “Mystery Bonus” number is not related to the winning result of the Eligible Game round.

CASH PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

19. The cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s Website account within seventy-two (72) hours.
20. All prizes will appear in $(USD). Winning players will be paid their share of the cash prize according to the currency of their Website account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the relevant General Website Terms & Conditions.
23. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
25. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
26. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with these promotional terms and the Website General Terms and Conditions.
